Regular Meeting  

Tuesday, August 2nd, 2011, 6:30 PM

Spirit Lake City Hall

Chairperson Becki Gaddum called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.  Roll call was taken with members Sherry Schroeder, Bonnie Berscheid and John DeBernardi all present.  Members Zac Neu, Karl Harmon and Terry Robinson were absent.

Board member John DeBernardi motioned to approve minutes from the June meeting with a second from Chairperson Becki Gaddum followed by a vote of aye by all.

Chairperson Becki Gaddum motioned to set the public hearing for a Conditional Use Permit application made by the First Lutheran Church.  The application is to build a new church on the existing property at 6075 W. Jefferson.  The Public Hearing is set to take place during the next Planning & Zoning meeting to be held on September 6^th, 6:30 pm at Spirit Lake City Hall.  Bonnie Berscheid seconded the motion with a vote of aye by all.

Board member Schroeder motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:45 pm with a second from Board member DeBernardi.
