Regular Meeting  

Tuesday, June 7th, 2011, 6:30 PM

Spirit Lake City Hall

Chairman Becki Gaddum opened the meeting at 6:30 pm.   Members present were Karl Harmon, John DeBernardi and Terry Robinson.  Board members Bonnie Berscheid, Sherry Schroeder, and Zach Neu were absent.

Board member John DeBernardi motioned to accept the minutes from the May 3^rd meeting with a second from Karl Harmon and a vote of aye by all.

Board member John Debernardi then motioned to close the meeting at 6:35 with a second from Karl and vote of aye by all.

Meeting adjourned.
